Q: How many fabric colors are available? Can you provide fabric swatches and flame retardant certificates for Sunbrella?
A: We have a wide range of solid and textured outdoor fabric swatches. Sunbrella fabrics are available with complete test reports for flame resistance, color fastness and weather resistance to satisfy global hotel inspection requirements. Physical swatch books can be sent to designers and clients for confirmation.

Q: If the client adjusts the design plan, modifies dimensions or changes materials in the later stage of the project, is revision supported? Will there be high mold modification fees?

Minor tweaks usually do not incur high mold charges. For major structural or mold changes, we will provide a written change notice, updated quotation and revised lead time before implementation.
